Do you think you know what's HOT and what's NOT in Fort Nelson? What about what's HOT and what's NOT in North East British Columbia? Challenge yourself to answer this question and many others by attending a unique conference hosted by the Fort Nelson Invasive Plant Management Area Steering Committee (FNIPMASC) and the North East Prescribed Fire Council (NEPFiC). We invite you to share and improve your knowledge at the 'What's HOT and what's NOT: Fire and Weeds' science based conference March 3-5th in Fort Nelson.

Come to Fort Nelson in the first week of March to network and learn about invasive plants and prescribed fire. This conference will provide an excellent opportunity for you to increase your scientific knowledge base of the North East as well as encourage, stimulate and challenge all participants to think outside the box as we work proactively together, managing our natural resources in a pooled resource delivery manner. Our technical panel presentations will allow for questions and general discussions amongst participants and our fantastic presenters.
