The Radisson President Hotel & Suites is centrally located in Richmond, within 6 minutes away from the Vancouver International Airport and across the street from major shopping mall and a great variety of restaurants. To ensure you receive the special quoted room rate, you must identify yourselves as a participant attending the Faculty of Forestry Conference. Government Rate is available.

• Delegates should be aware that the reservations must be made no later than October 12 2004 being one month prior to the arrival date. After this date, reservations can be made on an availability basis and at the best available rate.

Any rooms not reserved before October 12 2004 will be released for general sale. The special rate will be extended on a space available basis only.

Any cancellation received for individual reservation within 48 hours will be charged a cancellation fee of one night's room and tax.

Hotel/Guestroom Amenities:

• Complimentary Airport transfer available.
• Complimentary parking is available for Hotel Guests on the 5th level of the parkade in the blue zone only, the front of the hotel, and the Northgate Lot (intersection of Hazelbridge and Cambie. Upon check-in, please request from Front Desk a guest parking pass. If no parking pass is displayed on the dash, vehicles are at risk of being ticketed and towed.
• Complimentary use of fitness facilities and pool.
• Automated 24-hour Business Centre.
• In-room amenities available include: in-room coffee maker, iron and ironing board, refrigerator, two telephones with voice mail. Security safe, movies and Nintendo are also available

Boxes/Packages/Freight/Storage:
The Radisson President Hotel & Suites Vancouver Airport is pleased to receive and assist in handling of boxes and packages. Due to limited storage space at the property, we are unable to accept shipments any earlier than 3 days prior to your event.

Please coordinate the pick-up of items immediately following your event, as the hotel is not responsible for damage to, or loss of any article left on the premises during or following an event. All deliveries must be properly labelled. Please include the following information on your shipment items:

1. Name of group and event
2. Hotel contact
3. Number of boxes
4. Date of event
5. Receiving hours are 8:00AM - 4:30PM Monday to Friday.


Parking:
Pay parking for Attendees is available on the 5th Level of the Parkade in the Blue Zone only, the Northgate Lot and the Front of the Hotel. Please purchase tickets from the ticket dispensers located in each area. The charges are as follows: $1.00 for 1 hour or portion and a daily rate of $8.00, from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm.
